Anna was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and lived in The Bahamas for years with her family. She graduated from Saint Leo University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a minor in history in 2020. She is currently in her second year of law school at the University of North Dakota School of Law. She was able to gain valuable experience in volunteering for several nonprofit organizations like Feeding America, North Texas Great Plains food bank and St. Jude Hospital.

Anna has prior legal experiences as a law clerk in Southwest Judicial District Court, Northeast Central Judicial District Court and the Tribal Judicial Institute allowed her to gain experience in policy development, research and writing for Tribal Nations and other minority communities. Additionally, she was a litigation intern for the Legal Defense Fund of the NAACP, Public Justice, and the Innocence Project where she assisted in litigation and advocacy for minority communities. She has volunteered for the United Nations branch in Tanzania called Africa Child Foundation Mission of Tanzania where she helped to raise funds to reduce hunger and poverty in communities and to improve health and reduce diseases amongst children. She is currently volunteering for the United Nations branch in Kenya called CDS Kenya where she raises funds to support schoolgirls. Anna is a graduate assistant for the Federal Communications Commission Affordable Connectivity Program.
